What has your experience been like with the CMI Senior Leader Apprenticeship program?

‘Taking part in the CMI Senior Leader Apprenticeship program has been a genuinely rewarding experience.

What’s stood out most is how practical the learning has been – I’ve been able to take ideas and approaches from the sessions and apply them straight away in my role, which has made the learning feel very real and relevant.’

 How would you describe the delivery style of the sessions?

‘The sessions have been delivered in a really engaging and interactive way, with lots of opportunities to share experiences and learn from others in the cohort. That shared insight has added real depth to the discussions and helped bring the concepts to life.’

Even with your prior experience, how did the program help you refine or formalise your existing knowledge?

‘While many of the models and practices were familiar to me, the program has helped me understand them in a more structured and formal way. It’s stretched my thinking and given me a clearer framework to work within, which has definitely strengthened my leadership approach.’
