Humairaa began her journey at University Centre Rotherham as a student on the Graphic design course, she is passionate about equipping, supporting and encouraging students from all backgrounds to embrace and accomplish their dreams.

A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, Tracy is the Programme Leader for the Graphic Design course at the University Centre Rotherham.

Highest qualification: PhD in Neuroscience and Genetics.

With a strong academic foundation in Physiology, Pharmacology, and Applied Bioscience, Ashley combines deep subject expertise with over a decade of teaching and curriculum development.

Daniel brings 20 years of extensive experience working within social care and demonstrating a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.

Highest qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Adult Nursing (PGDip Adult Nursing).

Eve is a qualified nurse with extensive healthcare experience, she combines her clinical expertise with her passion for teaching to equip learners with the knowledge they need to excel in their chosen field.

Beth brings technical insights to the course offering students a deep understanding of the tools and processes needed to create immersive gaming experiences.

As a Curriculum Leader for Computing, AI, and Cyber, Darren takes pride in creating engaging, industry-relevant curricula that prepares students for real-world challenges.

Eiman has been teaching Computer Science for 8 years, specialising in areas such as programming, data structures, and intelligent systems.

Highest qualification: PhD in Computer Science.

Prior to completing his PhD in Computer Science, Honour completed an MSc with Distinction in Database Professional and he also holds a BSc in Computer Science.

Shane has been a lecturer with the RNN Group since 2009 teaching 3D Modelling, texturing, animation, Game Art and Game Design.

Highest qualification BEng Electronic Systems Engineering/PGCE.

Andrew has also worked as a Test Engineer for Celestica, working with a number of companies including Hewett Packard, Dell, Sun Microsystems, BAE and ITT corporation.

Lee’s career in industry spanned over 20 years. He is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, he completed a part-time MSc whilst working full-time and raising a family.

Highest qualification: BA (Hons) Games Design and Development.

Callum has a professional background in game development, specialising in creating rough game prototypes, developing mechanics and design documentation, and designing levels.

Highest qualification: PGCE in Education, BSc (Hons) Degree in Construction Management.

Lee has held various teaching and leadership roles over 25 years, he now leads a team that has developed the Esports provision from entry-level provision up to Higher Education.

Highest qualification: BA (Hons) in Education and Professional Development.

Lydia lectures in beauty therapy and has spent time managing Rotherham Campus’s Hair and Beauty Salon reception.

Highest qualification: HND in Advanced Beauty Therapy Treatments.

Shelley has over 20 years’ experience of teaching in the further education sector and in the beauty therapy industry.

Highest qualification: TBC.

Tracy completed her degree in teaching and 22 years later she is still with us, meeting new students each year and passing on her extensive knowledge.

Kasey has extensive experience in photography, having worked with a diverse clientele, from small businesses to weddings and events. She is currently studying a Master’s in Education.

Highest qualification: BA (Hons) in Media, Moving Image and Photography.

Ryan helped to structure the media, moving image and photography degree at the UCR, and having worked in multiple industries he is also able to assist within areas such as sports, short film and design work.

Highest qualification: Master of Philosophy.

Aiden joined the RNN Group after completing the research period of his doctorate in 2024. In 2021 and 2022, Aiden presented academic papers at the International Federation for Theatre Research.

Highest qualification: Certificate in Education (CertEd).

After 3 years at East 15 Drama School, Craig graduated in 1993. He has made serveral TV and film appearances, most notably in Sean Bean’s Sheffield football film ‘When Saturday Comes’ and Emmerdale.

Highest qualification: MA Dramatherapy.

Rachel has worked as a dramatherapist in both private practices and the NHS. She has also provided psychotherapy in prisons and secondary schools, as well as teaching drama in secondary schools.

Highest qualification: Master of Arts, Education and Professional Research.

Rob is a musician and songwriter, he has released material and toured the UK as a professional musician. He also has operational management experience which brings business skills knowledge to his teaching.
