Lee’s career in industry spanned over 20 years. He is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, he completed a part-time MSc whilst working full-time and raising a family.

Callum has a professional background in game development, specialising in creating rough game prototypes, developing mechanics and design documentation, and designing levels.
Lee Bowes BSc (Hons), PGCE

Lee has held various teaching and leadership roles over 25 years, he now leads a team that has developed the Esports provision from entry-level provision up to Higher Education.

Shelley Lawton

Shelley has over 20 years’ experience of teaching in the further education sector and in the beauty therapy industry.
Tracy Mills

Tracy completed her degree in teaching and 22 years later she is still with us, meeting new students each year and passing on her extensive knowledge.Â

Kasey Windle-Heath, BA, PGCE
Programme Leader of Media and PhotographyHighest qualification: PGCE.
Kasey has extensive experience in photography, having worked with a diverse clientele, from small businesses to weddings and events. She is currently studying a Master’s in Education.
Ryan Gleeson, BA (Hons), PGCE
Lecturer in Media and PhotographyHighest qualification: BA (Hons) in Media, Moving Image and Photography.
Ryan helped to structure the media, moving image and photography degree at the UCR, and having worked in multiple industries he is also able to assist within areas such as sports, short film and design work.

Aiden Ross, MPhil, BA
Lecturer of Performing ArtsHighest qualification: Master of Philosophy.
Aiden joined the RNN Group after completing the research period of his doctorate in 2024. In 2021 and 2022, Aiden presented academic papers at the International Federation for Theatre Research.
Craig Shepherd
Lecturer in Performing ArtsHighest qualification: Certificate in Education (CertEd).
After 3 years at East 15 Drama School, Craig graduated in 1993. He has made serveral TV and film appearances, most notably in Sean Bean’s Sheffield football film ‘When Saturday Comes’ and Emmerdale.
Rachel Dawson, MA
Lecturer in Performing ArtsHighest qualification: MA Dramatherapy.
Rachel has worked as a dramatherapist in both private practices and the NHS. She has also provided psychotherapy in prisons and secondary schools, as well as teaching drama in secondary schools.
Rob Bellis, MA, BA (Hons), PGCE
Curriculum Team Leader for Music, Musical Theatre, Acting, Media and PhotographyHighest qualification: Master of Arts, Education and Professional Research.
Rob is a musician and songwriter, he has released material and toured the UK as a professional musician. He also has operational management experience which brings business skills knowledge to his teaching.
