This week is National Apprenticeship Week, but what are they all about?

Apprenticeships are structured training programs that combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction. They provide individuals with the opportunity to learn and develop specific skills related to a particular occupation or trade. Apprenticeships are offered in many industries and here at the RNN Group, we offer apprenticeships in Business, Construction, Education and Childcare Services, Engineering and Health and Social Care, as well as higher and degree apprenticeships at University Centre Rotherham.

On-the-job Training

Apprenticeships involve practical, hands-on training in a workplace setting. Apprentices work alongside experienced professionals, gaining real-world experience and learning the ins and outs of their chosen field.
