It’s that time of year when we consider new year’s resolutions. These include resolutions for key parts of your life including health and wellbeing and career options.

Here are some organisations in Rotherham that can support you with both areas:

Your Health

Join a gym in the local Rotherham area. There are plenty to choose from. Gyms not only boost your health and fitness but they are great places to make new friends and enjoy some social time too.

Here are some local gyms to check out

It has a state-of-the-art Fitness63 gym suite with 70-stations and is fully air-conditioned with an extensive range of cardiovascular and strength-training equipment. It has classes including spin, HIIT, yoga, bootcamps, pilates, circuits and more, all for £20.99 per month and free parking.

There are options for other gyms including Bannatynes, Everlast, Gym Group, JD Gyms and Ultraflex too with various prices and options to suit a variety of needs.

You can also consider the options for online classes and gyms now available for home use and have seen a popular rise in the last 2-3 years making accessing a ‘gym’ more convenient.
