This 15-credit Level 4 HN Flex unit develops professional practice, employability and transferable skills for work in the digital economy

You will study the impact of digital technologies on work, continuing professional development, communication and problem-solving skills, feedback, role responsibilities and professional development planning.

Study a focused Level 4 unit without committing to a full HNC. Use industry software, specialist equipment and project-based assessment with support from experienced computing staff.

Applicants normally need a relevant Level 3 qualification, Access to HE Diploma, A Levels, or appropriate industry experience. Entry and prior technical knowledge are discussed at interview.

 

Successful completion provides 15 Level 4 credits and a Pearson Certificate of Unit Credit. The learning supports progression to further HN Flex units or a relevant Higher National qualification through recognition of prior learning or top-up, subject to Pearson rules and college approval.
